11 años viniendo cada verano, aqui hay mucha gente que se queja por tonterias Tienes la playa a 1 minuto andando, desde las habitaciones ver el mar La piscina esta muy bien, el restaurante tienes bastante variedad de comidas, que van reponiendo constantemente. Colas segun que hora vas tendras 3-4 minutos de espera. La tranquilidad que te da estar tranquilo en las hamacas o en la cafeteria y poder controlar a los niños no tiene precio. Es un hotel familiar, donde los niños hacen amistad muy rapido con otros niños. Cambrils a 30 min andando, Salou 40 min andando, el bus pasa a la puerta del hotel, todo bien comunicado. Habitaciones amplias, a partir de las 23:00 ya no se oye nada, pura tranquilidad Como puntos negativos: El agua del restaurante vale 2,5€ medio litro, una burrada, no hay dispensador para jabon y el wifi no es gratis Por todo lo demas, super recomendadisimo

We have just returned from 1 week half-board, with evening meal, with family. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, the balconies are large, the location of the hotel is close to the sea but out of the way, the staff is relatively friendly. That's it for the positives. Now for the negative points: the food is disgusting, every evening the same tasteless starters, the same boiled fish, the same overcooked meats, the same frozen fries, the same pasta, the same industrial desserts, etc… not to mention the bottle of water from 0.5l to 2.5€, and the dining room staff who do everything to do as little as possible (customers clear their tables!). Paid WiFi, and reception staff who speak very little French. In short, a relatively decent hotel if you don't eat there.

I have just returned from a 15-day stay with my family at the Voramar Hotel in Cambrils and I am generally satisfied. The welcome on arrival was correct without a smile but professional... when we asked to be accompanied to our room because we did not understand all the explanations of the receptionist in Spanish, he kindly escorted us to the door to our room with a beautiful partial view of the sea. The rooms are as in the photos with 2 separate beds that have been pushed together, a baby bed (at €8.50 per day payable on arrival). In the main room a sofa and an extra bed for our 2 children. The kitchen has a microwave, a refrigerator and some utensils (1 frying pan, 1 saucepan, 5 plates, 4 glasses and cutlery for 4). When we asked for cups to make herbal tea, the man at the bar refused. We would need more utensils (strainers, cups, knives, bowls, salad bowls) because being able to cook for lunch was complicated! We opted for half board (breakfast and dinner). As for the catering, we were generally satisfied except that sometimes the labels didn't indicate what it was and when you have dietary restrictions it's complicated! The establishment has "halal" certification for its meat but you have to be careful because there was a lot of pork (cerdo in Spanish) in the starters and main meat. There was a lot of choice even if it was repetitive, it was correct and in good quantity. Drinks are added to meals (€2.50 for water (half a liter) and sodas). The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention to Magdalena who always welcomed us with a smile 😃 My children did not take advantage of the mini club which was exclusively in Spanish! It's a shame because there were a lot of French people and only the Bingo evening was translated into French (for the numbers). It's a family hotel with gentle entertainment, you shouldn't expect big parties and at 11 p.m. it's over! In the evening we had a drink on the terrace near the swimming pool and the prices were reasonable. The beach was 50 meters away, in an a**osphere specific to Cambrils, calm and family. If you want to party and see people going to Salou, it's 10 minutes by bus and much more lively! For the bus there is a bus (plana) which drops us off from Barcelona airport to Cambrils in around 2 hours for €17.90 per person, then to travel around town there is the individual recharge card, or the family card which is very advantageous (around €9 for 10 journeys). To be sure you have the right support, go to a “Bus Plana” agency which you will find 20 meters from the hotel. The swimming pool opened from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., times that I found limited to fully enjoy... To finish the evening entertainment when there was some was correct but exclusively in Spanish so no effort is made for the other tours

The location with respect to the beach is very good, only approximately 50 meters away, the location with respect to the town is worse, about 3 km away. The hotel was good, everything was clean, the service was also good, the bad thing was that we had room 213 C and it overlooked a farm that apparently breeds insects and it was almost impossible to go out to the balcony and the insects that got into the room would hurt you with pecks. The buffet surprised us and we really liked the variety and how good everything was. The pool is a little dirty but that's normal with so many people. The facilities are generally good. The attention of the staff is good in general. The animation was a guy who gave his all throughout the day. And at night there were two shows, which for a 3-star hotel was not bad. We really recommend it and we went with our 5 year old daughter and she had a great time.

It is a hotel that is not on the seafront, because there is another building in front, but it is located 100 - 150 meters from the sea, therefore, great because you arrive in a few minutes. I clarify this question because many think that they are going to see the sea from the room and that is not the case. It is a small complex, the pool is small and is almost always very crowded and you hardly have privacy in the hammocks, since they all have to be very close together, due to lack of space. The children's area is really good, and the truth is that there is a person who takes care of them and they are dedicated to playing various games so that they have fun, as well as at night when there are various and entertaining performances depending on the day of the week. . The restaurant is very weak, as is the attention they give you. I think there is a lack of more staff in that area, you can see that they run everywhere and are very stressed, of course they have to leave the tables clean as soon as possible when the customers leave, so that others can eat. The floor of the restaurant is dangerous, because it is slippery. I tried two different shoes and I still had the same feeling of slipping. They have an all-you-can-eat buffet but they almost always repeat the same meals, they only vary 3/4 dishes a day. When you leave you have to pay for whatever you have consumed in drinks, they don't let you charge it to the room, and to make matters worse every time you leave you have to wait until they charge you, sometimes it takes forever, apart from this, I have to say that For a half-liter bottle of water, charging €2.50 seems quite unfair to me. The reception, the attention, in my particular case, was correct. I have to say that if you need free WiFi you have to stay in the reception area as if punished to make your arrangements, however, the rest of the hotel areas have WiFi but you have to pay for it, another circumstance that also seems unfair to me, more even after having paid a full pension. Parking, in my personal opinion I think it is expensive, €18/day. They are small plots and they just go from one car to another, you park in a battery-like manner, although I can tell you that at 100 meters and 300 meters there are two open spaces where you can leave it, because if you want to avoid your vehicle being scratched, I think that You have a better chance in the open field than inside the hotel. Finally, the rooms, the attention from the cleaning ladies is very good, as well as their boss, to say the least, curiously they start their day late with cleaning the rooms, therefore, when you return from the beach about 1:00 p.m./2:00 p.m., the room is not made up. It is also true that there is practically nothing in the kitchen, you have to go to the supermarket to buy things. The pillow on the sofa bed seems to be stuffed with rags, since I pay for a third bed, the minimum is that it has the same pillow as the rest of the beds. Es un hotel que no está en primera línea del mar, porque hay otro edificio delante, pero sí que se encuentra a 100 - 150 metros del mar, por tanto, fenomenal porque llegas en unos minutos. Aclaro está cuestión porque muchos se piensan que van a ver el mar desde la habitación y eso no es así. Es un complejo pequeño, la piscina es pequeña y casi siempre está muy concurrida y apenas tienes intimidad en las hamacas, ya que tienen que estar todas muy juntas, por falta de espacio. La zona de los niños realmente está bien, y la verdad es que hay un persona que los atiende y se dedican a realizar diversos juegos para que se diviertan, al igual que por las noches que hay diversas y entretenidas actuaciones según el día de la semana. El restaurante es muy flojito, al igual que la atención que te prestan. Creo que falta más personal en esa zona, se les ve que van corriendo a todas las partes y van muy extresados, claro tienen que dejar las mesas limpias lo antes posible cuando se marchan los clientes, para que puedan ir comiendo otros. El suelo del restaurante es peligroso, porque es resbaloso yo probé con dos calzados distintos y seguía teniendo la misma sensación de resbalarse Tiene un buffet libre pero casi siempre repiten las mismas comidas, solo varían 3/4 platos al día. Al salir tienes pagar lo que hayas consumido en bebidas, no dejan cargarlo a la habitación, y para colmo cada vez que te marchas tienes que estar esperando hasta que te cobren, a veces se hace una eternidad, aparte de esto, tengo que decir que una botella de medio litro de agua cobrarla a 2,50€ me parece bastante injusto. La recepción, la atención, en mi caso particular, fue correcta. Tengo que decir que si necesitas WiFi gratis te tienes que quedarte como castigado en la zona de recepción para hacer tus gestiones, en cambio, el resto de áreas del hotel hay WiFi pero la tienes que pagar, otra circunstancia que también me parece injusta, más aún después de haber pagado una pensión completa. El aparcamiento, dentro de mi opinión personal creo que es caro, 18€/día. Son parcelas pequeñas y van justitas de un coche a otro, se aparca en forma de batería, aunque os puedo decir que a 100 metros y 300 metros hay dos descampados donde puedes dejarlo, porque si quieres evitar que te arañen el vehículo, creo que tienes más probabilidades en el descampado que en el interior del hotel. Por último, las habitaciones, la atención por parte de las señoras de la limpieza muy bien, como también su jefa, por decir algo malo, curiosamente empiezan su jornada tarde con la limpieza de las habitaciones, por tanto, cuando vuelves de la playa sobre la 13:00/14:00 horas, la habitación no está hecha. También es cierto que en la cocina no hay prácticamente nada, tienes que ir al súper a comprar cosas. La almohada de la cama sofá, parece que está rellena de trapos, ya que pago por una tercera cama, lo mínimo es que tenga la misma almohada que el resto de camas.
