The weather did not help, but we still enjoyed it.

After a 5-hour trip from Bilbao to get to the hotel, it was impossible to rest that night since there was a party in the next room. We were joined by neighbors who like flamenco, clapping, heels, and singing, in addition to continuous songs. Screams. As it was already past 0:00 and our 2 children were unable to fall asleep, I called the reception informing them of the inadmissibility of the situation so that they could intervene, since I ruled out going personally to the offending room given that these people do not usually listen to reasons and less when they are on a family plan. That after 25 minutes, at 0:25, the hotel staff came to this room to put an end to the flamenco party, and there were a few minutes of calm, later returning to restart the party, not being able to sleep a wink until after 3:00. in the morning. Bad for these people who lack education and respect for others and very bad for the hotel that was incapable of solving such nonsense. The next morning I made a complaint at reception and the solution was to change my family's room in case these parties continued, it is unfortunate that other types of measures are not taken with those who cause the inconvenience. It is not enough to just house them in the rooms at the end of the hallway because there are guests who will continue to suffer from them. Vacations are about enjoying and resting, something that is not guaranteed in this hotel.

The restaurant service, the same, buffet quite assorted and varied, when we went (Easter) there was not much of a line. The best thing is the "adults only" pool, an oasis of tranquility. Hotel located just over 20' walk from the center of Cambrils, which is a very pleasant walk next to the sea. Although the hotel has its own parking, we had no problem leaving the car right next to the hotel (although I suppose that in summer things can change).
