The location and facilities are very good but the apartment where we stayed was a bit uncomfortable for 5 people. There is only a small mirror in the bathroom, which has nothing more than a simple shelf, there are no hangers in the rooms to hang clothes (inside the closets, which are very small, yes). The air conditioning is only in the living room and does not reach the bedrooms. The reception and maintenance staff are very good. It didn't seem right to me that if they allow pets they charge an extra fee, since they require a deposit of about 300 euros that they don't return if you don't leave the apartment clean and tidy (that bothered me a little)

We have stayed in the Pins Marina apartments and the truth is that despite being quite basic we have been very comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was good, the kitchenware was sufficient. It has a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and two electric burners as well as the typical kitchen utensils, all of which is very clean and in very good condition. The rooms are basic as well as the furniture and the apartment looks a little old but you can't ask for anything more value for money. The best thing for us was the large terrace that overlooked the back (not the pool), which in the end turned out to be wonderful as Julia (the receptionist-in-charge of the apartments) had very well told us because of the tranquility and how cool it was. It was because the sun wasn't shining as much. They also have much more privacy since they face the entrance door of the other building and the terraces are not attached to each other like those in the pool area. We also loved the pool, especially our daughter. The water was perfect in temperature and also very usable since from 3-4 in the afternoon the sun was no longer shining fully, which allowed you to escape the sunnier hours of the beach. They are located a few meters from a super quiet beach with no waves in the morning and very few in the afternoon. And the fantastic area. Very quiet to walk and very familiar. With bike lane for sports lovers. We will repeat without a doubt. To put a but, the hotel allows pets and there is no distinction between rooms. That is to say, the but is not because it allows pets, who have every right in the world to be able to travel with their owners, but because it does not assign “x” rooms for families with pets and “x” for those without pets due to allergies. etc In our case it was solved perfectly since Julia assigned us a room that was not very close to the rooms with pets to avoid possible allergies and the truth is that we did not have any problems. That said, we loved the experience. It was our first time traveling as a family to an apartment (we always go to a hotel) and we are sure it will not be the last.

Everything is excellent to spend with the family, good location, beach 5 minutes walk away, it has a swimming pool, everything is clean, the electrical appliances are in good condition, they have parking but you pay separately, the only downside is that it did not have a double bed, but for everything The rest 100% recommended.

Disastrous I would have preferred to sleep in my car, the reception desk is clean I would even have preferred to sleep there on the floor because the rooms are pitiful humidity, cracks in the walls paint that blisters with humidity damp sheets and I'm going on... 100€ deposit for a disgusting place like this is a real shame, I send photos so that no one gets fooled by their beautiful photos circulating on the internet. You have been warned!!! I forgot look at the photo of the chair which contains 3 weeks of dust.

From my point of view. The positive points of this accommodation are: The location, that is, it is a quiet area just 50 meters from the beach. A pretty good pool. The treatment of the reception staff has been very good. Negative points: Quality-price. In my opinion they are very expensive apartments because of how old they are. The air conditioning installation is inconsistent. In the apartment where I stayed, the air conditioner was above the television and was aimed directly at the sofa, which made you freeze, but the rooms, on the other hand, were quite hot. And you have to be careful not to catch a cold. The welcome gift to the apartment could be something more elaborate. I propose a shower gel, a shampoo, a bottle of cooking oil or a salt shaker, not two beers... not all families drink alcohol. I expected a better apartment for the price they put.

I went with my husband and my girls for 11 days, from Andorra everything was very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, good treatment of the staff, the pool is very cool, the detail of finding **** beer after a trip of so hot, we'll be back

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. The receptionist was not friendly at all. In addition, you should know that parking spaces in the surrounding streets are very popular so the residence provides private parking. You should know that they will charge you the modest sum of €25 per day. Quite simply theft!!! in addition the parking is very narrow at the entrance and exit and outside for this price. I put some photos so you can see the state of the place. We had a balcony on the parking side, the sun is there all day so bring a parasol. I have also sent several emails to management to complain but have never received a response to date. I will never set foot there again!!!!
