Americas Best Value Inn Camden

I had to leave the hotel due to a work change. I called the next day to check out since I was booked for another 3 nights. The person yelled at me and said to never come back. I asked him why he would say that, he said we don't your business here. We are not that kind of a hotel. I said what kind of hotel are you? He said not a hotel for business travelers. This was very odd response from a hotel. The room was not clean, just dirty looking with no cleaning done.

It was late at night and I was tired. This was the first motel I came to and stopped. I wish I hadn't! The room smelled BADLY. When I threw back the covers, the sheets were dirty and had fecal matter on them. Besides that, the television did not work, there was no WiFi and the telephone didn't work. The pillows consisted of two upholstered bolsters in a pillowcase!!! Who DOES THAT? I stayed long enough to wash my face and packed up my car, turned in my key and left. I told the innkeeper that the room was disgusting and he offered me a PILLOW!!! No way would I sleep in that room. As tired as I was, I drove another 100 miles home. This place should be condemned!!!
