I chose this hotel because it seemed to be close to the sea, it had a spa and because I had caught a very good offer on booking, 185 euros/night. Unfortunately, things are not quite like that. The room they accommodated me in has a maximum of 12 square meters, the door to the bathroom is hinged. The spa is paid and costs 50 euros/40 minutes! The breakfast is poor, and the sea can only be seen from the roof. During the two days I stayed, the rooftop bar was only closed. I can only say good about the staff, who were kind.

Everything was fabulous: location, super friendly, professional and efficient staff, very clean, elaborate breakfast options, hot tub on roof top so tranquil and beautiful view, w/in easy walk to city center of Camogli restaurants or food at the hotel restaurant is amazing as well. Easy walk to train station. Can’t express enough how wonderful and helpful the front desk staff was to answer all our questions with assistance and a huge smile. Thank you so much to each of them, everything was perfect for our full week stay.

RECEPTION: Mrs. ROSARIO: FANTASTIC. Professional, welcoming, smiling! She comes to the room to fix the kettle. Excellent at recommending restaurants. Careful even with those on short stays. Nice and modern environment, convenient for going out and arriving quickly by car in Camogli. Why opinion not excellent? The breakfast room lacks a few smiles and someone who always keeps tabs on the progress of the tables

Friendly staff. Fairly large room with coffee etc. Small table. Sea view (partially covered by decorative plants). Hotel with curious shapes and structures. Booked through Booking with various discounts. Shower tiles to be fixed (many broken)... perhaps not exactly 5 star. Excessive parking costs (but luckily we found free parking not far away).

The hotel is furnished with care, the staff are friendly but it is not up to the standard of a five star, we arrived on Friday 08/18/2023, the room was not ready, we entered at 4.30 pm, entered the room after a few minutes they entered the room without knocking, we were changing, shocking, the next day they left wet rags in the room over a white dress for cleaning, notifying the reception they went into the room but didn't take them away. The next day we arrived in the room at 4.30pm and it wasn't ready, they still had to fix it. Upon departure we asked if we could kindly leave the car in the garage, the answer was no because they are busy (there were very few cars) or if you really want it's 6 euros an hour... Ridiculous after having spent 50 euros a day for seven days, and after the inconveniences experienced... RATING 5
