We were staying two nights in the Tourmalet de Tour de France stage. It is a little away from Bigorre Bagneres but still you can go and go back walking in minutes, quiet and safe. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. I only notice that there were a few rooms, such as a coffee shop, to make it the ideal place.

We stayed for the night. The frame is super beautiful, we wake up with the birds singing. The staff is adorable. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is older but functional. Restaurant longer to enjoy the outdoor and the large pool !

Centrally located less than a kilometer from the Sanctuary/Grotto. A lift is just around the corner from the hotel which will bring straight down to the main street. There were four of us and we had two rooms -- a family room with four beds and a single room with one double bed. My granddaughter was not feeling well the next day and since our train back to Paris did not leave until late in the afternoon, we asked to extend one of the rooms and paid for the additional time. The request was received well and handled very efficiently by the people at the front desk -- I think it is the owner and her son. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also very spotless with good strong hot water. They served a filling and tasty buffet breakfast -- cereals, fruits, bread, cold cuts and eggs plus coffee and juices. Very good value for money. The sanctuary/grotto is a ten minute walk away. If you're attending the evening procession, the lift closes at 11:30 so try to catch to save an uphill walk to the hotel.

A lovely hotel in a wonderful mountain town, staff and facilities were excellent. Room with view of the mountains was excellent, and we were able to park our campervan in the hotel carpark. Hotel is centrally situated so just a hop skip and a jump to the centre of town. We hope to return in the winter for some skiing. Only minor gripe - the hotel restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday evenings although we found this to be pretty standard in France wherever we stayed, not really a problem as there were lots of great restaurants very close to the hotel.
