Our stay was incredible and we highly recommend! Every detail was there and the service was impeccable. The hotel team went out of their way to book us dinner reservations (with surprise champagne and other drinks presented table-side), breakfast to-go when they learned about our early flight, and every other request met by going above and beyond. Fantastic location. We could not recommend this hotel more and are truly sad to leave.

Fantastisk oplevelse ! Lige fra velkomsten og under selve opholdet var personalet enestående, service-mindede og yderst opmærksome.
Værelset var stort, godt og smagfuldt indrettet. Øvrige lokaler var tydeligvis nænsomt restaureret.
Beliggenheden var i gåafstand fra centrum i rolige omgivelser
Restauranten er et kapitel for sig og en stor oplevelse !

So glad to have discovered this gem! What a gorgeously renovated property, so much interest and history in the design. We absolutely loved our balcony room, such a nice place to relax with a glass of wine (or port!) The rooftop bar had much the same views as our balcony, so we did spend much time there but it was also a very relaxing atmosphere with a great view. Close walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Service was exceptional, very above and beyond friendliness and attention from all staff. Wonderful breakfast. We will definitely return!

Possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. The hotel is extremely nice. It is down on the Rebeira, which is nice. But if you want to go up to the historic center and see sights, it is an significant uphill walk or a short cab/Uber ride. I do not recommend having a car if you are going to visit this hotel.

Second time visiting the hotel and just as good. I was lucky to receive an upgraded room which had a beautiful balcony and stunning views. The rooms are well thought out and have everything you need, however being an old building, I did have some concerns about soundproofing (it was possible to hear people above and below). Aside from that, everything else was perfect with warm and friendly staff, an excellent breakfast and lovely cocktails! We tried the restaurant too and the quality was stunning. You have plenty of choice in Porto for both hotels and meals but I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful beautiful & the entire staff was so friendly & amazing.. I am so glad I stayed here & would recommend it to anyone's. The service is superb. Thanks to everyone who made me feel so welcome I’m definitely coming back.
