The hotel is a renovation of an old perfume factory, on the Douro River, very beautiful! worth staying multiple times

A great location just outside of city center with gorgeous views of the river. Perfect for group, leisure or corporate business. Make sure you grab a drink with Samuel at the bar! This is an old perfume factory reimagined with special touches found throughout.

Pestana customer for the quality of services, rooms and excellent service. At the bar, Pedro Viveiros ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good food. Good prices. Incredible view of the Douro. I love the Pestana Douro Riverside Hotel. It brings back happy memories.

Hotel de excelência, uma vista maravilhosa e muito agradável, o que mais nos surpreendeu foi a deliciosa carne de entrecote que pedimos foi uma excelente opção, veio no ponto certo como foi pedido, agradeço ao cozinheiro Nuno Santos por nos proporcionar uma destas iguarias e como tal, o molho de hambúrguer fumado sem duvida marca as diferenças únicas na gastronomia hoteleira é de uma grande qualidade. Foi a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados neste hotel e com certeza voltaremos.

Espetacular! Vista maravilhosa, quarto grande, extremamente limpo. Tudo de muito boa qualidade, toalhas e roupões, amenities otimos. Cafe da manhã muito variado, tudo bem fresco. Area comum excelente. Melhor opção em Porto no momento.

Excelente hotel com uma decoração original, que guardou a essência da antiga fábrica. Como diretor de hôtel sei reconhecer um bom serviço, os meus parabéns a todas as equipas, Receção, Pequeno Almoço, Housekeeping e Bar. ( Não tive oportunidade de experimentar o Restaurante para elaborar uma opinião). Deixo mesmo assim uma palavra especial para a equipa de pequeno almoço que é incansável na procura da satisfação do cliente😉 Voltarei com toda a certeza, Um abraço e continuação do bom trabalho que estão a fazer.
