This was a "typical" Marriott Courtyard. We choose Marriott partly due to consistency-you know what you're getting! Even though there were a bunch of people for a sporting event, the hotel was still quiet, and we were well taken care of. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and people were pleasant. One reason I don't always choose Courtyard is because you don't have the easy complimentary breakfast available. The Starbucks had a good selection of breakfast items, but you need to order and wait. The benefit is that the food is fresh but I'd prefer to simply choose something ready to go and be done.

Kudos to the Courtyard for going pet friendly recently! I travel everywhere with my dog so they got business that they otherwise would have missed out on! And they have a nice hot tub. My only suggestion is that they provide more dessert options besides a large chocolate chip cookie (which was quite good...)

We had a two week stay. Problems at the front desk. Staff generally was hit and miss. It took 30 minutes to check out as they (without authority) checked us out at 5:30 AM the morning we left & then we were locked out of our room by the system! The front desk new-hire on 1/3/24 was wonderful.
Housekeeping below par (dirty windows, didn't empty trash, etc). General lacking in hotel management supervision.

We enjoy staying at the courtyard by Marriott in Campbell Calif. When visiting family. It’s very clean, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, we like the availability of the covered parking, also its within reasonable distance to local shops, grocery stores etc.

The rooms were nice but the breakfast was not very good. We ordered the farm stand, it should have been great but unfortunately the rice and quinoa were cold. The hotel itself was very nice. Have breakfast somewhere else

The amenities in the room were less than acceptable. The coffee was extremely stale and tasted terrible. This is a lovely facility; rethinking the options for coffee and tea in the room is my only critique.
