房間不大，免費停車，走路10幾分鐘到老城區，算是乾淨，早餐簡單，同國內的如家莫泰之類的快捷酒店

En general, me pareció bien pero hubo algunos detalles que considero prudente para la retroalimentacion. Me quedé en la habitación 305 y llegué el viernes a eso de las 2 PM. Me dijeron que la hora de llegada era a las 3 y decidí aprovechar el tiempo. Regresé a eso de las 3:30, me dieron la habitación. Descansé y a eso de las 5 me quise meter a bañar pero me di cuenta que no me habían dejado toallas. Salí al pasillo a buscar una camarista que, en ese momento, estaba con la supervisora pero me dijo que no había toallas. Le comenté que me tenía que bañar pero su respuesta fue poco empatica y sin sentido de urgencia pues se limitó a contestar que "cuando llegue se la mando". Por otro lado, creo que el hotel debe tener un gasto fuerte en consumo de agua porque los mecanismos de los sanitarios es deficiente. Los smart TV's son bastante buenos pero la selección de canales podría ser mucho mejor. Los AC's inverter LG muy buenos.
La vending machine del lobby no funcionó los 3 días que estuve ahí. Para ir a la tienda más cercana hay que caminar bastante además que no se genera ingreso por venta de bebidas y golosinas.

Las habitaciones se me hacen muy ruidosas, honestamente no me gustó eso el aire acondicionado huele bastante humedad que no refleja más que la pobre Mantenimiento que tienen estos aparatos y la comida del desayuno es aceptable

Solicité una habitación silenciosa, porque debía despertar muy temprano y parece ser que solicité lo contrario. Primero están dando mantenimiento y un chico pintando haciendo ruido con la cubeta, luego, unos huéspedes ruidosos. Me gustaba el lugar por tranquilo. Llamé varias veces a recepción para buscar solución y no respondieron.
