The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The hotel is situated on the malecon near the historic center of Campeche, thus making it very convenient to explore the town by foot.

Hice mi reservacion, pero no indiqué que eran para 2 pax, sin embargo en la reservacion me.induca que la tarifa es para 2 huespedes. Aun asi me querian cobrar...como tenian el desayuno incluido, me.cobraron 2 desayunos extras. Le mostré a la señorita de recepcion, pero no le importó. La habitacion tenia mal olor..a humedad...las camas incomodas, almohadas muy duras.
No se los recomiendo.
Jamas me hospedaré alli.

Necesita renov**** o cuando menos dar mantenimiento, la llave del baño salía para todos lados, no salía agua caliente de la regadera, en la habitación de mi hija no tenía pasador de seguridad

Había muchísimo ruido, entiendo que había un evento especial (Torneo deportivo), que atrajo muchos huéspedes juveniles, no tenían ni una autoridad que se responsabilice de su comportamiento y hacían mucho ruido incluso en la madrugada. Lo reportamos varias veces en la recepción del hotel y no se logró controlar, por lo que no pudimos descansar.

El hotel no tenía agua caliente, desafortunadamente el clima estaba frío y se requería el agua caliente, aparentemente les falló la caldera y no tenían ningún respaldo en caso de falla.
