Beautiful hotel right in the center of Campeche. The staff at the hotel were amazing and extra helpful when we had questions. The rooms are great with comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and cute view of the small Calle the hotel is on. I recommend this hotel for anyone exploring Campeche. Tours are readily available at the hotel and nearby. Secure parking is also available with your room.

Wow! I was very impressed with this hotel; they made me feel like a queen in a castle. our room was amazing…by the pool. The room looked very elegant when we arrived. we went out for the evening and came back to a cosy looking room. They had added a blanket on the bed and turned down the sheets. this was accompanied with two chocolates on the bedside table. Wow! best service I have had in a long time.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not sure that we got the room that we paid for. We booked a superior double and requested a window. We were originally placed in a ground floor room with no window. When we requested a change they readily moved us to what I think was a ‘standard’ room with 2 single beds. We did have a window though. Breakfast was a nice offering and we appreciated being able to eat at the hotel.

Un parking privé à 2 pas de l'entrée de l'hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse au style un peu rustique.
Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner en supplément, très abordable et très bon.
Le coeur de la ville est à proximité, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture pour profiter de cette magnifique ville de Campeche, un vrai coup de ❤️

Si tienen oportunidad de quedarse aquí, DESAPROVECHENLA. Lo peor de todo fue que cobraron doble, al llegar pagamos la noche y al día siguiente cancelaron la reservación y me cobraron de nuevo. Intenté explicar la situación del doble cargo a la gerente Lissette Mul Ortegon pero no tuvo disposición de escuchar y me colgó el teléfono. Además, las camas están en muy malas condiciones, los cuartos sucios y sin mantenimiento.

Centrally located, pleasant in a traditional way. The furnishings are fairly simple, and the rooms, while comfortable, would benefit from some updating. Everything works though, so no big deal - an exception is the internet wifi, which we found only worked satisfactorily down in the lobby. Nice breakfast, and helpful staff. The bed was not very comfortable, but all in all it is a safe choice.
