Avendo un Wonderbox chiamo giovedi alle 17 per chiedere se posso prenotare per il weekend , mi chiedono il numero del voucher di Wonderbox e mi confermano con un messaggio che è valido. Quindi la mattina del venerdi alle 10 chiamo per confermare la mia prenotazione del weekend. Mi chiedono di confermare per email, la sera del Venerdi alle 15:59 mi rispondono all'email che non accettano più voucher. Chiamo e mi rispondono che non lavorano più con Wonderbox. Mi chiedo perchè non mi è stato detto subito Giovedi sera che non lavorano con Wonderbox? Perchè sono ancora presenti negli hotel proposti da Wonderbox? Perchè aspettare il venerdì sera alle 16?.... cosa pensare ?

Da evitare , prima confermano la prenotazione con il Wonderbox con un messaggio e una telefonata e la sera prima del soggiorno disdicono. Ecco quanto sono seri. Da questo si capisce quanto sono seri e opportunisti, non si può cancellare una prenotazione la sera prima con scuse assurde.

Hotel per viaggi di lavoro, con annesso ristorante. Buona disponibilità al desk e posizione comoda, anche a livello di parcheggio. Le stanze sono pulite e la colazione discreta, in stanza Tv satellitare e wi-fi buono. Tutto quello che serve per chi è fuori per lavoro e non cerca troppi fronzoli

L'hotel si trova un po' distante dal centro, occorre essere muniti di auto ma a mio avviso è un'ottima sistemazione per chi cerca da dormire in zona: il personale è efficiente, l'ambiente molto pulito, le camere ampie e silenziose, dotate di vari confort. La colazione non è eccelsa ma francamente è passabile. I prezzi sono molto onesti.

Hotel comodo da raggiungere in quanto situato sulla via Emilia. Camera normale, letto un po piccolo. Colazione discreta e abbastanza completa. Consiglio di preferire camere sul retro perché quelle davanti sentono il traffico anche notturno sulla via Emilia. Prezzo nella norma, personale cortese.
