Io e le mie due migliori amiche Isa e Rebecca, abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti. La camera che ci hanno assegnata era di dimensioni giuste per 3 persone. La pulizia non era proprio il massimo, però abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia e la prontezza del personale nel portarci asciugamani extra qualora ce ne fosse il bisogno. Non nascondo, che l’adesivo attaccato alla finestra non mi ha fatto chiudere occhio per le prime due notti, ma ci si fa l’abitudine. La colazione era semplice, ma buona, e il personale della sala cortese. Grazie di tutto allo staff dell’hotel!!

Cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired….. Located on a busy and noisy street. The breakfast is really bad.

Between the bugs on the walls and the mud on the floor my friends and I were shocked and stayed up all night to survive this nigh**are. Broken doors, broken beds, mold on the armchairs, bidet with detachable sink. We were in room 224 and I would only recommend it to masochists.

The staff's trea**ent is terrible, you have 30 minutes to "eat breakfast" (very simple food) at 6:45 am, and if you don't finish they take your plate off the table, and fight with you if you don't take it off. It is also far from Florence, the best option is to use the bus but it takes about an hour.

Really miserable. In 2023 there should be such bad service. The air condition was not working with 38 degrees outside. And when we asked them to do something about it, they told us to say our prayer. Bathrooms smelled musty, hand towels gave us something like a duster. We changed 3 rooms until we found an air condition that worked. Unacceptable behavior of the employee who also blamed us. Full of stuck dead mosquitoes on the walls and the elevators didn't always work. Really unacceptable!!!!
