O café da manhã era muito bom e situado num ambiente espaçoso. Gostei das comodidades do hotel, como academia e piscina aquecida. Pena que em alguns dias a piscina aquecida estava em manutenção . O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, além de ser mantido sempre limpo pela manutenção, mas tinha alguns móveis desgastados pelo tempo .

A ATENDENTE SUPER MAU HUMORADA, O PARTAMENTO QUE NOS COLOCARAM ESTAVA COM RESTO DE COMIDA MOFADA NO FRIGOBAR, NO QUARTO 311 NAO TINNHA MESA DE APOIO ARRUMARAM UMA MESA DE BAR DEPOIS QUE EU SOLICITEI, O CUVEIRO DO APARTAMENTO VAZANDO AGUA POR TODO LADO QUANDO LIGAMOS, NAO TINHA CABIDES NEM CABIDEIRO. DEPOIS DE RECLAMAR TRES VEZES ME ARRUMARAM O QUARO AO LADO 312 QUE NAO ESTAVA TAO BOM POIS AS PAREDES ESTAVAM SUJAS, MAS O HAMBEINTE ESTAVA MELHOR QUE O QUARTO 311. SALÃO DE JOGOS SUCATEADO. HOTEL ESTA COM ASPECTO DE ABANDONO.

Nossa estadia foi relativamente confortável. Os funcionarios sempre eram bastante solícitos às nossas petições, dispostos a ajudar. Contudo, se nota que a estrutura precisa, urgentemente, de manutenção.
Paredes estouradas, com infiltração nos corrdores, portas velhas e deterioradas, ar condicionado vazando água - embora regularizado na estadia, voltava ao mesmo problema.
Café da manhã agradável, mas repetitivo. No sábado, pelo turno matutino, estava espetacular. Nos dias subsequentes, caiu muito a variedade. Desconfio que devido ao MIEP, devam ter diminuído a qualidade devido a alta demanda de pessoas.
A piscina externa estava bastante suja, com varios insetos mortos. Ja a interna, que é aquecida, estava muito agradável
Ainda assim, acredito que vale a pena a estadia, dependendo do valor

Estive no hotel em janeiro e retornei agora pelo carnaval. Quarto confortável, varanda e banheiro amplo. Cama confortável e limpeza em dia. Uma ótima opção de estadia. Deixo a dica de usar o restaurante do hotel. Pratos saborosos a preços honestos.

Pior hotel que já fiquei há pelo menos 3 anos. Sem estrutura nenhuma. Sem segurança. Quartos velhos e mofados. Varanda virada para um terreno baldio escuro e que facilmente sobe uma pessoa. Atendimento da recepção por Caio, o pior possível, sem empatia nenhuma. Enfim, não pretendo nunca mais me hospedar lá.

Pelas fotos e ao chegar impressiona, mas ao se hospedar vc percebe que precisa de uma grande reforma, predio antigo, equipamentos velhos, itens enferrujados, chuveiro estava todo espalhado precisando de uma limpeza. Me parece que já está sob nova administração, a reforma e melhoria dos quartos vai ter que ser grande. Hoje eu não voltaria.

Gosto muito de me hospedar no hotel Garden. Os funcionários super educados, ambiente limpo, comida maravilhosa, condiz com o que está descrito. O que me incomodou nesta estadia foi o chuveiro com jatos de água dispersos em toas as direções. E o ar condicionado muito velho porem funcionava bem. Enfim, o hotel tem ótima localização, área enorme para caminhada, estacionamento... gosto demais dele.
