Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados no Titão Plaza Hotel no início de dezembro de 2021. Fizemos uma reserva para um quarto casal. O quarto é amplo, cama boa. O chuveiro não tinha água quente, a água do box ficava empoçada e não tinha um rodo ou vassoura pra empurrar a água para o ralo. No dia seguinte, observamos que o ralo da pia estava entupido, a água descia muito devagar. Na noite desse mesmo dia, vimos uns bichinhos andando pela cortina, que por sinal estava bastante manchada e suja, precisando urgentemente de uma bela lavada. Tivemos uma enorme surpresa quando entrou pela janela uma lagartixa. Ou seja, nosso quarto tinha uma visita ilustre. Ela entrou e ficou dentro do ar-condicionado, a deixamos lá. Pois bem, na última noite que ficamos lá, faltou energia, mas faltou energia tipo umas 4 horas seguidas. O elevador parou de funcionar e decidimos descer pra pegar nosso jantar pelas escadas... estávamos no 5º andar. Alguns pontos positivos do Hotel: A recepcionista Camila é super prestativa. Muito educada. O rapaz da limpeza que não sei o nome também é muito solicito. O café da manhã, para os nossos padrões, é excelente. E a localização é nota 10.*
