Precisam melhorar o tratamento que dão para os hóspedes! Prolonguei a diária e foram bater no meu quarto, pedindo pra eu descer pra efetuar o pagamento, sendo que poderia pagar no chekout como eh em

Nao é possível abrir as janelas. Eu tenho rinite que piora muito com o uso de ar condicionado. Se isso me tivesse sido avisado nas informações do hotel eu teria reservado outro.

De longe, o melhor hotel para se hospedar em Campinas. Vou sempre. É uma recepção única. O café da manhã é explendido. As dependências do hotel também são fantásticas. Estão de parabéns.

Quarto bom porém janelas não abrem , BOX muito pequeno ducha fraca , Exaustor não funcionava no banheiro. Usar cartão para subir e descer do elevador não é cômodo também. Café da manhã terminava exatamente às 10 um pouco fraco, Cardápio muito limitado para um restaurante a pizza era péssima de péssima qualidade. Piscina pequena sem bar propaganda enganosa, fiquei decepcionada também o bairro onde está o Hotel muitos mendigos de frente ao hotel. Um reveillon muito decepcionante não teve nada no hotel nem mesmo a piscina na cobertura deixaram aberta para fazer um brinde restaurante extremamente fraco, os pratos no quarto chegavam frios O valet Toda vez que ia pegar o carro tinha que fazer um pagamento era um transtorno.
