O quarto aparentemente foi reformado a pouco tempo, porém a reforma foi feita de qualquer jeito e o teto está com infiltração.
O atendimento do café da manhã foi muito bom, porém o atendimento da noite foi péssimo, primeiro que o atendente não informou informações como ramal da recepção e horário do café sa manhã e Internet, informações que não tinham no quarta, o tapete do chão do banheiro estava bem sujo, fui na recepção trocar e me informaram que alguém iria levar outra para mim no quarta, no fim tive que voltar na recepção pois ninguém veio e pelo jeito nem iam no quarto, em nenhum momento pediram desculpa ou pareceram se importar com o problema.
Pelo valor, daria para legar outro hotel com uma qualidade melhor

O hotel é antigo e faltam alguns detalhes de reformas em espaços comuns. O atendimento foi muito bom, tanto na recepção, como limpeza. Porém pela tarifa cobrada, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, com poucas opções, e alguns produtos como o pão francês que estava amanhecido...

O primeiro quarto que entramos tinha um inseto preto (que não conseguimos localizar, então solicitei a alteração de quarto, pois, estava com duas crianças e fiquei com medo). Quando nos mudaram de quarto, os dois próximos quartos que passamos o ar condicionado não gelava, só ventilava. A recepção teve boa vontade em resolver os percalços, porém, depois de passarmos por três quartos, tivemos que sair do hotel com duas crianças quase meia noite, depois de um dia de viagem. Achei a propaganda do hotel bem diferente da realidade.
