O Hotel fica no centro de Campinas. Prédio antigo, mas bem conservado. Quartos muito espaçosos e limpos, com mobilia planejada, que atende muito bem as necessidades.
Ótima cama, excelente enxoval de cama e banho. Chuveiro excelente. Banheiro muito espaçoso e limpo. Atendimento excepcional dos funcionários. Café da manhã básico, mas muito bem apresentado. Tudo fresco e gostoso. Com opções de bolos, pães, tortas, ovos mexidos, suco, iogurte etc. Até estendemos a estadia por mais um dia.

O local possui boa localização, otimo café da manha.(destaque para a funcionaria Gigi. muito educada e prestativa) porem a recepcionista poderia explicar melhor como funciona a estadia e detalhes referente a mesma.
Ponto negativo é que o estacionamento é cobrado a parte (fica ao lado porem é de terceiros) e não é informado isso no ato da reserva do quarto. O valor foi passado na hora.
