Ar do quarto estava bem fraco, e o controle estava sem a tampa traseira e ficava caindo a pilha toda hora, fora isso o atendimento e ambiente são excelentes

É um flat antigo, com móveis antigos, banheiro repaginado, tem piscina e sauna no último andar. Utensílios de cozinha, secador e fósforo (para o fogão antigo que não é automático), devem ser requisitados na recepção. Boa localização. Funcionários solícitos, boa limpeza. Vale o custo, benefício.

Fiz a minha solicitação na reserva de itens necessários no quarto adicional que não foi realizado como pedido.
Mas o pior foi a higienização de banheiro que me entregaram um quarto com banheiro entupido e com cabelo do último hóspede grudado no azulejo do box.
A falta de limpeza e checklist de banheiro é grave e me deixou muito desconfortável com o local.
A cama também não é das melhores com buraco de molas, mas o banheiro foi um abuso ao custo que eu desembolsei pela hospedagem.
Informei ao recepcionista e ninguém se quer entrou em contato comigo se desculpando pelo erro na hospedagem.
Fiquei apenas 5h no hotel.

a higiene do local extremamente questionável. Havia poeira no telefone, embaixo da mesa que davam pra literalmente escrever. Não havia copo na copa do quarto, a tv não funcionava, mas no dia seguinte substituíram a pilha, pois naquele dia não havia ninguem para olhar o problema. Me ofereceram upgrade após reclamar, mas como ja iria embora em 1 dia nao quiz fazer toda mudança... Mas poeira é o mínimo que nao epsera encontrar

Gostei do atendimento do Rodrigo, excelente e cordial!
Fiquei incomodada com o fato de eu ter ido na recepção buscar Ifood o atendente noturno foi ríspido ao falar que não poderia levar Pet, e após eu subir precisava ir em outro elevador, sendo assim recomendo não aceitarem Pet, desta forma.
