Había visto reseñas muy buenas de este hotel y por eso me decidí a reservar. El día de llegada muy bien, amabilidad por parte del chico de recepción. La habitación muy bien, con vistas a Salamanca. El hotel es verdad que está bien situado porque está muy cerca de Salamanca y es una pena que no tenga posibilidad de ir andando. A parte de eso, el segundo día al volver de recorrer sitios y subir a la habitación, nos encontramos que no se nos habían cambiado las sábanas de la cama ( tan solo se había vuelto a hacer) y tampoco las toallas. Al comentarlo en vez de disculp**** y decirnos que no las cambiarían, nos dijeron que la culpa era nuestra por no haberlas dejado en el suelo. ( Nosotros desconocíamos que había que hacer eso para que nos las cambiarían) Pero también dejamos una en el suelo mojada y no solo no la cambiaron sino que la colocaron de nuevo toda mojada. Creo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas se paga mínimo para que te cambien las sábanas y las toallas y sino es así por lo menos que lo indiquen . No sé si volveré a este hotel pero me siento bastante decepcionada la verdad.

Hôtel sympa , bon emplacement à 7 min du centre ,chambre mignonne avec jolie vue sur la cathédrale . Pas de bruit , lit très confort .douche très bien . Parking avec chargeur pour véhicule bien .le seul bémol c’est que des clients se permettent de fumer et d’empester tout les couloir et ça rentre un peu dans la chambre, pour des non fumeurs comme Nous ça peut être dérangeant .Et malgré le signalement . L’hôtel qui est un 4 étoiles ne trouve pas de solution pour empêcher cela .

El hotel está muy limpio las fotos concuerdan con la realidad los desayunos buffet merece l pena , las cenar por ejemplo a nosotros no nos gustaron y la gente q había cojido media pensión se quejaba . Las camas cómodas pero no estiraban las sábanas de abajo , los recepcionistas y los camareros de el desayuno una maravilla

Notre chambre était agréable et confortable mais par contre impossible de régler la climatisation et il y faisait très chaud. L'hôtel est excentré par rapport à Salamanque mais je l'avais choisi pour cela car il ne représentait qu'une étape sur notre route. Il se trouve à proximité des grands axes. L'hôtel propose un parking gratuit Gros point noir le diner. Je déconseille la demi-pension. Le prix du repas est de 14,50 € mais ce que nous avons choisi était vraiment très bas de gamme et pas bon
