Se for se hospedar nesse hotel evite os quartos de final 5 o elevador parece q está dentro do quarto,atendimento no check in excelente, no checkout péssimo, não registraram a ordem de faturamento para empresa, não emitiram nota com as despesas extras para acerto de viagem. Cama confortável, café da manhã bom. Devido aos contratempos a experiência não foi agradável.

Hotel muito bem cuidado, bom atendimento no check in, na primeira noite foi impossivel descansar devido ao barulho do elevador, evite os quartos de final 5 são muito barulhentos. Após a troca do quarto a estadia foi tranquila, check out confuso não conseguiram emitir a nota fiscal do consumo e não tinha nenhum responsável para resolver. O preço não é compatível com o serviço oferecido na minha opinião.

O hotel é agradável, bem limpo e possui um café da manhã farto. Contudo, devido a localização, desagradou-me o barulho externo no período noturno. Ademais, a cortina do quarto era muito estreita e não conseguia conter a luminosidade externa.

Ótimo hotel estilo beira de estrada para pernoite. Quarto limpo, lençóis, toalhas e cobertas cheirosos, ótimo chuveiro (FANTÁSTICO), café da manhã muito bom. Somente a parte do restaurante para jantar que deixou a desejar, comida não é boa e cara. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O preço e um pouco acima dos outros hotéis.

Equipe de limpeza limpando os quartos durante a noite, arrastando camas e armários, terrível! Falamos duas vezes com a recepção, sem solução. As 22:30 subimos até o andar superior para verificar e então vimos que era a equipe da limpeza. Uns 30min após pararam com o barulho, mas se deslocaram para outra parte do hotel e a família do meu irmão teve o mesmo problema até 1:30 da manhã. É muita falta de respeito com os hóspedes!
