Excellent hotel, the only disappointment is the minibar does not freeze, it just cools a little more than normal. I called reception and that's it.

Os quartos são razoáveis, porém pequenos e com espaço inadequado para as roupas. O custo-benefício é muito elevado. O hotel pode ser confortável para viagens de trabalho de, no máximo, dois dias. Entretanto, o restaurante é excelente, com uma comida maravilhosa e um café da manhã espetacular.

Hotel aparentemente muito bom. Espaçoso, com estacionamento grande, bom restaurante, com piscina, jardim, próximo ao parque das Nações Indígenas. O café da manhã é muito caro. Em dois quartos que fiquei hospedado havia mofo, que me provocou alergias. Por esse motivo, não pretendo me hospedar no hotel novamente.

De Novo não tem nada. Hotel sujo, mal cuidado, cheio de mofo inclusive em todos os quartos. Cheguei e precisei trocar de quarto 3 vezes. Banheiro bem sujo, não é limpo. Lençol tem Mal cheiro. Equipe bem atenciosa, café da manhã bom e bem feito.

Simplesmente DECEPCIONANTE. Sou cliente fiel All e conheço hotéis em todo mundo e no Brasil quando possível fico em um Novotel pois gosto muito do hotel e acomodações PORÉM este foi totalmente decepcionante. Quarto horrível, não foi feito limpeza mesmo sendo solicitado. Atendimento deixou demais a desejar. Quando chegamos no dia 14 nós colocaram num quarto que estava em pessimas condicoes. Dormimos pois chegamos às 1:30 da manhã e estávamos muito cansados. No outro dia reclamamos e nos realocaram para o 337. Qualidade sinceramente abaixo do que um Novotel normal, mas melhor que o anterior. Porém o que nos deixou muito irritados é que no sábado, saímos as 12:30 e ninguém tinha passado para limpar, voltei para o hotel às 16:00 e o quarto não havia sido arrumado. Passei na recepção e informei. Qual foi a surpresa quando voltamos por volta da 1 da manhã de domingo após um casamento. Quarto ainda sem ser arrumado. Sinceramente lamentável. Estou muito irritado e decepcionado com a ALL - Novotel Campo Grande
