Excellent hotel, the only disappoin**ent is the minibar does not freeze, it just cools a little more than normal. I called reception and that's it.

Quarto sujo, banheiros mofados, azulejos de diversas cores. Recipientes de xampu e condicionador vazios. Atendimento na recepção um descaso total. Nunca me hospedei em algum hotel da rede neste estado decadente. Certamente não indico este hotel em Campo Grande.

Limpeza do banheiro ruim, cotonetes e papel utilizados no cesto de lixo, chão do local de tomar banho molhado, vaso sanitário com higienização duvidosa e piso sujo/ manchado Assim que entrei veio o pessoal da manutenção trocar lâmpada…. Havia lido comentários sobre esse hotel e achado “pesado” porém vendo a realidade de hoje devem fazer sentido.

Atendentes são mal preparados e muito lentos. O quarto é bem ruim e apertado. Banheiro minúsculo. Corredores longos e abafados. Hóspedes complicados (gritaria no corredor as 2 da manhã). Precisa trocar carpetes, roupa de cama e toalhas - todos bem velhos precisando trocar. Café da manhã bom. Espaço externo bom. Estacionamento gratuito.

Os quartos são razoáveis, porém pequenos e com espaço inadequado para as roupas. O custo-benefício é muito elevado. O hotel pode ser confortável para viagens de trabalho de, no máximo, dois dias. Entretanto, o restaurante é excelente, com uma comida maravilhosa e um café da manhã espetacular.

Hotel aparentemente muito bom. Espaçoso, com estacionamento grande, bom restaurante, com piscina, jardim, próximo ao parque das Nações Indígenas. O café da manhã é muito caro. Em dois quartos que fiquei hospedado havia mofo, que me provocou alergias. Por esse motivo, não pretendo me hospedar no hotel novamente.
