I highly recommend it. The staff are attentive and friendly. The room is exceptional, very comfortable and clean. The structure of the hotel is very well organized, the pools are clean. Attractions inside the hotel are great and everything is well maintained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are great, all very delicious. They are to be congratulated! It exceeded any expectations we had before entering.

Very pleasant and calm place. As we went in winter, it was quite empty, which made the experience even better. The location is also very good, right at the entrance to Campo Mourão, very easy to find. As suggestions for the Hotel, I would give: improve the quality of the music played in the reception and pool area, they could be the same ones played in the Restaurant, which were much better. I confess that when I saw some reviews we were afraid to come. But the place is excellent for children especially. It has a swimming pool with heated water, whirlpools, the food is simple but very good. The staff are polite and the owner is always friendly. I highly recommend the place.

Dirty place, with loud music at reception and some people drinking, reception doesn't use masks, doesn't have a guest register, is charged per towel for use, my 4 year old son had to pay $80 more for his accommodation, that's what I already I had paid for a double room. Dirty room, dirty bedding, bad smelling room, terrible breakfast, unqualified staff. Note: the hotel has several swimming pools and other attractions, which you cannot use, you have to pay extra for that, for example, using the pool is $100, yes I know it seems absurd, but I'm telling you here so you don't fall for the same blow to me and my family.

The Recanto hotel is well located, close to the city, beautiful green space, pet-friendly, these positive points, but leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, especially in external areas, small number of employees, and not very qualified.
