War een fantastisch hotel, kleinschalig vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet mooie grote kamer een heerlijk zwembad en een prima sauna. Ligging is prima en op 2 minuten lopen is de skibus

Hotel perfetto con personale all’ altezza e infiniti servizi. Il personale oltre che essere sempre disponibile ha una grande competenza. I servizi offerti sono in linea con la struttura, le camere ampie e ben curate. Ottimo il servizio di ristorazione sia come qualità che come scelta.

Ci siamo presi quattro giorni di vacanza, peccato per il maltempo, speravamo di farci una qualche sciata in più, abbiamo optato per qualche trekking sotto la neve, e goduto dei benefici della SPA per riscaldarci e rilassarci. Ottima la sistemazione in camera ( abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa di un upgrade gratuito) e ottimo lo chef sia per la cena che per la colazione

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con mia moglie per 3 giorni fantastici ,mi sono sentito come a casa ,l’hotel è accogliente ed il personale simpatico e gentile ,la zona spa molto bella e rilassante ,il cibo davvero buono ,ci ritornerò sicuramente .

Hotel vicino al castello di Tures,,con quattro stelle meritate.Ci è stata assegnata una camera più grande di quella prenotato ma allo stesso prezzo,la sala ristorante è accogliente ed i tavoli ben distribuiti.La ristorazione è ottima e completa di un variegato buffet.La wellness prevede un angolo con tisane e frutta, con tre saune finlandesi di cui una molto grande esterna in giardino,completa il tutto una sauna romana ed una piscina interna ed esterna riscaldata. L'hotel consegna i biglietti per i trasporti gratuiti nell'Alto Adige ed a richiesta forniscono i bastoncini da trekking gratuiti.

La camera era enorme ma mancava un tavolino, la colazione, la gentilezza, l' area benessere tutti elementi veramente super, la cena buona ha un ottimo buffet, le pietanze però non sono all'altezza di tutto il resto, ma sempre buone. Sicuramente un ottimo albergo.

Buona posizione, ottimi servizi come pure la cucina. La piscina è carina anche se non grande, in compenso la SPA è davvero bellissima. E' un hotel ottimo per chi ha bambini dato che ci sono spazi ampi.
