It was a fantastic hotel, small friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet, nice large room, a lovely swimming pool and an excellent sauna. Location is excellent and the ski bus is a 2-minute walk away

We arrived and you welcomed us with kindness, the staff is wonderful since we had children, the waiters were very nice and helpful, rating 9, the rooms were welcoming and clean, the reception was very efficient, the swimming pool, the water was a little cold, the sauna area was beautiful, thank you for having us feel at home

Perfect hotel with top notch staff and endless services. The staff, in addition to always being available, has great competence. The services offered are in line with the structure, the rooms are large and well looked after. The restaurant service is excellent both in terms of quality and choice.

We took four days of vacation, shame about the bad weather, we were hoping to do some more skiing, we opted for some trekking in the snow, and enjoyed the benefits of the SPA to warm up and relax. Excellent room accommodation (we had the nice surprise of a free upgrade) and excellent chef for both dinner and breakfast

I stayed at this property with my wife for 3 fantastic days, I felt at home, the hotel is welcoming and the staff were friendly and kind, the spa area was very beautiful and relaxing, the food was really good, I will definitely return.

Hotel near the Tures castle, with well-deserved four stars. We were assigned a larger room than the one booked but at the same price, the restaurant room is welcoming and the tables well distributed. The catering is excellent and complete with a varied buffet The wellness area includes a corner with herbal teas and fruit, with three Finnish saunas, one of which is very large outside in the garden, complete with a Roman sauna and a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel delivers tickets for free transport in South Tyrol and provides free trekking poles upon request.

The room was huge but there was no table, the breakfast, the kindness, the wellness area were all truly super elements, the good dinner has an excellent buffet, but the dishes are not up to the standard of everything else, but always good. Definitely a great hotel.

Good location, excellent services as well as cuisine. The swimming pool is nice although not large, on the other hand the SPA is really beautiful. It is an excellent hotel for those with children as there are large spaces.
