Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

We stayed one night for our anniversary, with an all inclusive formula, unfortunately the bracelet chip was not coded, consequently the room did not open, unless accompanied by the staff. Bad experience. They weren't able to fix the problem for the whole day and we ended the evening in our room to avoid being taken back late at night. In the pool areas, on the other hand, very few sunbeds compared to the guests of the structure. Evening show in the theater to say the least unthinkable. For what it costs, the service is zero!

Excellent structure with spacious deluxe room well furnished with a beautiful bathroom. From the restaurant to the bars nothing to say only compliments. Excellent service with staff always available, the manager of the exceptional room. Animations made by beautiful girls always available. Excellent beach and pool service with no problem changing towels

Un accueil des plus agréable tout au long de notre séjour, aux restaurants par le personnel d'accueil au service, par le personnel en salle où le pizzaiolo 😊 Le spa est très bien. Dario c'est occupé de moi avec beaucoup de soin je l'en remercie ! Les bungalows sont très agréable. Au plaisir qui sais d'y retourner un jour !

Spettacolare esperienza in questo Hotel. Ci siamo sentiti subito super coccolati da tutto lo staff presente in questo Hotel, le ragazze delle pulizie sono state bravissime nel curare le nostre camere. Il ricevimento un po’ lento , ma Pietro è stato gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Cibo buono , super delizioso extra time dove puoi mangiare fino alle due di notte . Cocktail e caffè davvero ottimi, per questo dobbiamo ringraziare i ragazzi del bar che sono stati nostri amici, grazie Martina per la tua immensa gentilezza, Gabriele , Antonella ileana e Sergio con una solarità fuori dagli schemi. Grazie anche a Carmelo Mercurio del ristorante. Un abbraccio a presto!

Hôtel très agréable, avec un personnel à votre écoute ! Chambre irréprochable grâce à Sandra, que nous remercions. Découverte d'un massage en couple, très professionnel ( certaines de mes douleurs ont disparues): merci à Élisa et Dario! Qualité des repas très appréciable et grande variété :bravo aux cuisiniers ! En soirée, à l'heure de l'apéritif et après, accompagnement d'un pianiste au niveau du bar, qui vous propose de jolies mélodies diverses et variées ! Un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Nous y reviendrons avec enthousiasme !

Oltre alla bellezza del posto, la cosa che ti rimane più impressa è il personale davvero all altezza del 5 stelle, gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia. Grazie Ragazzi, siete fantastici, Antonella Martina, Ileana e Gabriele. Sono un Napoletano che ama la Sicilia in ogni suo angolo ed in tutte le sue sfumature, ci torno appena ne ho l'opportunità, con due digli piccoli ed una moglie esigente il personale di questo Hotel ha fatto la differenza. I love Sicily

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen. Leider ist die Lautstärke im Restaurant sehr hoch.
