Appartement mediocre : sombre, rudimentaire . Pas d'équipement cuisine, pas de micro ondes, pas de four, très peu de vaisselle, aucun kit de nettoyage, terrasse donnant sur la route. Wc dans la salle de bains pour 4 personnes! Piscine non chauffée.

Je séjourne encore en ce moment dans l'hôtel et nous avons été déçus dès notre arrivée. On demande 2 clés de chambre et 5 jours plus tard nous ne l'avons toujours pas. On a signalé que le lit grinçait et il a fallu 4 jours pour que quelque chose soit fait. Au niveau des articles de toilette à disposition, juste 2 ou 3 sachets de gel douche et la femme de ménage n'en remet même pas en cours de séjour. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont payantes en plus de la caution. L'hôtel est très excentré vous avez besoin d'une voiture pour le moindre déplacement. Aucune navette gratuite mise à disposition par l'hôtel pour rejoindre la ville et gare la plus proche à 2/3 km. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas super : pas de jus de fruits frais, de grille pain ou de fromage, ni de vrai Nutella en Italie....par contre pour le reste des repas, le buffet est varié et change tous les jours. La piscine est découverte et pas chauffée mais bien entretenue et très grande. Pas de salle de sport. Et le gros bémol, aucune animation en soirée, peut être car c'est trop tôt dans la saison. En résumé peut mieux faire pour un 4*

Super prima hotel, is wel een beetje afgelegen maar 3 km van het hotel is een treinstation als je naar Palermo of Cefalu wilt. (tip: gebruik de trenitalia app). Personeel bij de balie spreekt prima engels maar in het restaurant bijna geen woord. het eten is prima en voldoende maar niet bijzonder. personeel is prima vriendelijk en doen allemaal hun best voor je. een goede 4/5

Hotel was fine, but the beach was terrible. There were stones everywhere - on the beach and in the sea. No sand at all. The place is not recommended for kids, elderly people or those with mobility difficulties. Huge disappointment as beach does not look like as promoted (sand).

The best holidays ever! Sam and Samuele from the pool bar, the best service by far ! As I was solo there they both made me feel very comfortable and looked after ! Highly recommended to travel with family max friends or solo !

Personnel bienveillant envers le client ils sont à nos petits soins et très gentils sans oublier la femme de ménage qui est adorable. Le restaurant très bien ,on mange bien. Le seul bémol la literie un peu dur. Très beau cadre . Un peu loin de la ville, il faut une voiture ou prendre une navette pour se promener. Nous voulions un hôtel calme c'est super !! On a pu se reposer, nous avons choisi octobre Mais je pense que l'été il doit avoir beaucoup plus de monde. Nous revenons enchantés de cet hôtel et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

We paid for All Inclusive. IT'S NOT. If the drink you want is not on the VERY short list then you have to pay for it even though you have already paid "up front". Rooms & hotel all clean. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the shops on site were all now closed either for the season or permanently. Nearest town approx. 3 miles away. Shuttle bus once a week. The beach is a quarry. Take mountaineering boots if you want to walk along it!

Beautiful clean hotel. Excellent and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome......my cousin and I were two of only six British couples on arrival. Towels changed and rooms cleaned daily as were the pools. A vast array and choice of delicious food at breakfast and dinner, we were half board. Dining room staff were very competent, hard working and friendly. Every Monday evening was gala night where a four course meal was served plentiful bottles of wine and water replenished on tables. My only criticism, being HB if we wanted water with our evening meal, even a carafe, it was chargeable. The only drawback is that the hotel, whilst gorgeous, is very isolated. Nowhere to walk to i.e shops or attractions. A number of sightseeing trips at additional cost, available Shuttle to Cefalu E10 return, market trip on a Friday - fantastic. Sicilian mountain villages trip no to be missed, though very hilly need good walking shoes E60 including a beautiful lunch. All in all an experience I thoroughly enjoyed
