Not a great breakfast experience due to the selection of products and the staff seemed to be overloaded to handle the job.
Well located within a 15-minute drive from the centre of Modena.
The room we were awarded is spacious and provided with a nice balcony.
Friendly staff at the front desk, a bit less in the restaurant.
Easy parking facility with several parking spots.

We stopped for 2 nights to visit Modena and Bologna. Large, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Close to the Campogalliano motorway exit. 10 minutes you are in the center of Modena, 30 minutes on the motorway you arrive in Bologna. Very kind staff
