PISCINA AQUECIDA BOA , AR CONDICIONADO, MUITO IMPORTANTE E AMPLO ESTACIONAMENTO.

Wonderful, perfect stay! Excellent value for money. We stayed in a room further away from the elevator hall, at the back of the building, but nothing that spoiled our experience because our privacy was total! Spacious installation, excellent shower, with zero difficulty in finding the ideal temperature, clean bedding, comfortable bed, bathroom towels changed every day, as well as the apartment cleaned daily. Spectacular breakfast, outstanding staff service. Very good heated pool, with hot tub and sauna. Bath towel provided at reception. My room didn't have a minibar, which wasn't necessary at all because we opted for a more affordable nightly rate, as we weren't going to stay in the unit for long, as we were out all day. The room, even with carpet, didn't bother us at all. The hotel is not far from the tourist center and as we really like walking, we took a car only once because we preferred to leave ours in the garage. A little gastronomic hub, called the container station, very close to the hotel, on the other side of the main avenue, towards the shopping center, is a great choice. The neighborhood is fantastic and the city is magical! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

Hotel with good location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, a great room exceeded my expectations, this is the second time I've been here, I highly recommend it

The accommodation was good because of the value, the pool is wonderful, to improve it they could install an internal fireplace, given the size of the hotel there could be a space, it is impersonal, the piano is not working in the lobby and it was raining, so we couldn't use the external area.

Excelent, I recommend!! I will come back again.

Excellent friendliness from the team, but the floor cleaning team lacks training.

The hotel had received 2 buses with guests, so the characteristic warmth was a little to be desired. Breakfast, during peak hours (from 8 to 9) was very busy, and I noticed the absence of some items that I always find, still, 10 points for the girls in the kitchen!

The breakfast and service were great, as was the pool area, which is really cool. However, the room has a partition with another room per door, you can hear everything, everything that is said and done, zero privacy... There is still an issue with the bathroom, it is open, you use the sink literally inside the room, and if you use the toilet, whoever is with you has to leave the room.

Excellent service, great infrastructure, perfect location. Without a doubt we will come back more often.

Beautiful hotel, everything very clean, friendly staff, the pool was not heated in 2 days It was a bad thing since we were at 0 degrees at night it would be important! And I think we would need a minibar in the room so we can get drinks at night more easily! Incredible breakfast table, everything was delicious, I would only add white cheese and more cold cuts options, as it only had mozzarella cheese and ham!

The location is great, the service is impeccable, the breakfast was wonderful, but the most important thing was the accommodation in the room was chaos, we had to change rooms 3 times, due to the smell of mold and strong urine, but as there was no other option, as the hotel was full, we stayed in a room that had a very strong musty smell, the curtain was falling down, the shower had no door, just a curtain that stuck to us when showering, the shower looked like an umbrella because there was only water around it, very difficult to stay in the room during this period, a shame.

I loved the hotel, the location and the service, the hotel pool was having a problem, they recommended another hotel next door so we could enjoy a hot pool
