Very good hotel, quality service, etc. just one small problem: they accept pets so there was a dog barking in the neighboring room!

New hotel, large and pleasant room! Good bath with big towels! Check in takes a long time but the staff are helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel accommodations, delicious pool with an incredible view. Pillow is the negative part because it is very high.

I booked last minute and it was a nightmare finding my reservation. I waited for 2 hours and couldn't cancel as it was non-refundable. I'm waiting for Hotéis.com to compensate me for the headache. Negative points: very simple breakfast for a hotel of this category, some rooms belong to owners and not necessarily the hotel. Communication from the hotel is very poor and involves several other people, checkout is at 11am and is non-negotiable. Positive points: new hotel 7 months old, heated pool that gives access to the outdoor area, beautiful and polite staff. I would like to highlight Nathan's service, which helped us resolve the problem. Fabiola from Central was unfortunately not satisfactory and Amanda (general customer service) listened, apologized and did not provide any compensation for the upset. Hotel is nice but be careful when booking as Fabiola from Central said that the ********** ad is not necessarily the hotel's official channel but from owners who have the right to use the room.

Brand new establishment in Campos do Jordão, very modern and clean. Excellent apar**ents with all the comfort and ease, new and modern materials and equipment. Very good community spaces. Diverse and very good breakfast! Excellent service. Heated pool with divine infinity edge! I believe they could make check in easier, with pre check in (I found it time consuming!).

We arrived on Thursday around 11pm, very tired and found the check in to be very long, not at all quick, finally we went to the room which was very pleasant, exactly as shown on the website, but the third guest's bed was not made, nor were the clothes. The bed was complete, when I informed reception they said everything was in the closet, but it wasn't. The top sheet was missing and there was also soap, which was not provided the day we were staying. We stayed on the ground floor and above the bedroom is the living room. Games, and on Saturday night we could hear the balls hitting the pool table and also the foosball table, as well as the noise of the children, in other words, escape from those rooms on the ground floor. Good breakfast, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean, pleasant, everything is brand new... heated infinity pool and views of the mountains I believe to be the hotel's strong point. Another detail that could be added to captivate guests, an afternoon tea table, as there are in many hotels and inns in Campos, nothing too elaborate, cake, coffee and tea, for guests who stay at the hotel in the afternoon to rest and not If you want to go to Capivari to have a snack, that suggestion would be very kind and welcome.

Hotel novo. Pontos positivos: próximo ao centrinho de Capivari, super silencioso, muito boa a acomodação, áreas de lazer. Negativo: Funcionários com pouca experiência no trato com hóspedes, só há travesseiros altos e não há outro tipo, café da manhã modesto para o padrão de um hotel 4 estrelas, serviço do bar da piscina que não oferece snacks, restaurante que só funciona para o café da manhã.
