Cozy, quiet place with excellent services. Wonderful coffee. Perfect for families who want to stay in Campos do Jordão. The only thing, however, is the access, depending on the route, the streets are quite potholed. However, this depends more on the city hall than on the management of the inn itself. I recommend staying.

Everything was perfect, the smile at reception, information with details about the region when requested, wonderful coffee, nature present throughout the environment. Perfect for those looking for contact with nature, fresh mountain air, the gentle sound of water running through the local landscaping.

We couldn't find the inn, no one in the city knew it, the address and location were empty. They didn't answer the phones, I don't recommend it. We had to pay for another accommodation and were unable to get a refund.

I was at the inn with my wife on the September 7th holiday and had an excellent experience. A very tidy and cozy place, with a team of 1,000 (especially for the guy who stayed at night, always very attentive and with a lot of knowledge of the region). The room was very well organized, with a portable heater that served very well for the 10°C we got (we turned it off in the middle of the night because it made the room too hot). Just a warning, to get to the place you need to take a dirt road, as my car is a little low, you need extra attention and extra care at night for visibility reasons, but nothing major. (The car used on the trip was a Chevrolet Cruze).

The guesthouse is in the middle of the mountain and has a spectacular view. The external and internal areas are very beautiful, however, there is a lack of maintenance to conserve the external space and improve the apar**ents (rooms) bed, bathroom items, shower. The service from the inn's in-person team is welcoming, courteous and polite, but the reservation team leaves something to be desired. Breakfast is well served, but could improve in variety/options and opening hours could be extended. Another relevant factor is the directions to get to the location.
