O hotel é fantástico! A suíte Bella Vista é extremamente linda e proporciona uma paisagem incrível, inclusive ao usufruir a hidro. Destaque também para o café da manhã , com uma variedade incrível de opções deliciosas. A piscina aquecida é perfeita para relaxar. Mas o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento da Bianca (recepção), que me deu todo suporte necessário do início ao fim da hospedagem. Sendo muito atenciosa e prestativa com minha família, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Recomendo fortemente!

Adoramos a experiência no hotel. Fui com meu esposo e meu filho de 6 anos. Atendimento excelente, quarto confortável, café maravilhoso. E a estrutura do hotel é ótima! Fomos durante a semana e aproveitamos toda a estrutura de lazer. Voltaremos!

Pessima experiencia. Precisei trocar de hotel no meio da viagem. Quartos sujos, banheiros sujos, hotel velho, café da manhã com talheres sujos, tudo ruim. Assim que cheguei já me deparei com um lugar totalmente diferente do que eu imaginava

Achei tudo perfeito!!! Fiquei na suite com banheira hidro com vista panorâmica. A cama super confortável, o quarto aconchegante, uma varandinha com a linda vista da cidade. O hotel com muita estrutura, um café da manhã maravilhoso, com várias opções para todos os gostos. Os funcionários muito receptivos, educados e atenciosos. O Carlos e Ewerton da recepção uns queridos, só tenho a agradecer a eles. Foi tudo incrível!!! Uma viagem maravilhosa, numa cidade linda, no melhor hotel. Gratidão!!! 🥰🫶
