It was our second time at the hotel .however we got robbed on the first morning , by someone who was in the hotel sat by the pool .The first day was spent at the police station ..the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to half board ..but the food especially at dinner wasn't good at all .pool nice but thats more because of the sea view

Nice location, easy to reach and is close to airport. Transportation is convenient. Staff is nice, but the room is just ok.

Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi. Room is nice, air cons work well, next to entrance nice supermarket, a very nice reception. Pity I not had time to explore the rest.

It was frustrating to have to ask for the smallest things to better my stay. I assumed as a solo female traveller they would try to make me feel a little more comfortable. The bedding has holes and upon entry I found hair in places as well.

The amenities and room qualities are way below the expectations. My friend and I have travelled around the world including many countries in Europe and this is the worst four star hotel we’ve ever encountered. The water was leaking from the shower place, the sound proof was almost not there and the window didn’t prevent any wind from coming inside and it was chilly at night despite that the temperature was above 12 C. The check-in procedure was longer.
The only thing we appreciated was the breakfast and that was why I gave 1 star.
