Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate bene per quanto riguarda la posizione, centrale e tranquilla, vicinissima sia all’aeroporto che alla spiaggia. C’è il servizio spa a pagamento, palestra e piscina libera a tutti. Per quanto riguarda i pasti, varia scelta, unica pecca, riguardante la cena, le bevande escluse come anche solo l’acqua.

Ein enttäuschender Urlaub, was das Hotel NAUTIC betrifft. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett roch muffig und sah nicht frisch bezogen aus. Risse und Flecken in der Bettdecke, die nur mit einem Betttuch umhüllt war. Das Bad wurde definitiv vergessen zu putzen. Ein nicht wirklich entspanntes Willkommen im Hotel. Das Abendessen für ein 4 Sterne Hotel wurde lieblos und meistens nicht mehr warm angeboten. Die Abwechslung fehlte auf jeden Fall. Der Service im Hotel war einfach nur enttäuschend. Wir haben noch nie so uninteressiertes und unmotiviertes Personal erlebt. Wirkte schon fast frustrierend. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprachen nur gebrochenes Englisch, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwerte. Wir haben uns gefragt, wofür das Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat.

I stayed in April 2024 and the stay was pretty average. Hotel is clean and staff friendly and the food is ok for a what I paid for a single room. Cycling storage facilities are good. The issue with the Nautic is that they have some of the worst rooms in the resort. I am referring to their internal facing rooms which are dark and dingy and with a small courtyard outside space off about 2 metres with a 4/5 hotel block at the back allowing very little sunlight and no view. The hotel was not full and all over the place at reception and in the lift there were notices to upgrade your room for 45 euro. No thanks - there are much better hotels in the resort for the same price. I would not stay again.

El personal del spa muy bien. Pero las instalaciones muy mejorables. La sauna estaba a 95°C!! Ninguna ducha fría después. Y de dos duchas una no funcionaba. Él Hamman apagado. Él vestuario la luz de apaga y sólo una ducha y un banco!? Ningún secador... Muy mejorable.

Wifi malísimo ni un día pude conectar bien me dijeron que mirarían y nada . Otro problema es aparcar las calles de alrededor imposible ,si esto es en Marzo no quiero pensar en verano. Desayuno muy bien y limpieza bien , por lo demás el hotel bien
