Absolutely deteriorated, beautiful photos, the reality is different, very bad WiFi, boarding passes could not even be created, the bedspread on the bed had yellow stains, there is no balcony, although in the photos, bathroom with mold, kitchen appliances Broken, refrigerator broken, makeshift crockery, difficult to use for cooking or eating, no hot water upon arrival, had to lie down sweating, all the taps, shower head was dirty and unhygienic, there was mold in the room, then A maximum of 1 person could shower, very little water, bedroom to small, had to climb into bed, no parking spaces! You have to carry your shopping a long way, very unfriendly and uncooperative staff (reception), no problem was solved, just blatant, it was the worst thing we have experienced in Mallorca, never again, absolutely forgettable! Simple basic accommodation. We had a top floor apartment with a sea view and it was definitely worth paying for that. The huge balcony has loungers and a table and chairs. The views were just lovely. The apartment was quite well equipped though bring shampoo with you. There was washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towel. If you want to cook, bring everything you need like salt/pepper. There are two very good cheap supermarkets nearby-Eroski and Spar. Additionally, there are a variety of well priced restaurants. We rented bikes and cycled into Palma but there are plenty of buses. The airport is very close by and the handy A2 bus goes there. This was our first time in Can Pastilla and we would definitely come back rating it over El Arenal which we were really disappointed in.

We could check in at 10am when someone arrived. But the went away straight away. The room is good however there is nothing to wash the dishes up. Advise: get a sea view as we didn’t and missed out. It has a good location by being near the sea and live music near by.
