Hotel correcto, sin más… una pequeña decepción en cuanto a las expectativas generadas. Habitación correcta en tamaño, cama cómoda (camas individuales). Por lo demás, mejorable en los detalles (sin amenities, ni cafetera, nevera vacía sin ni tan solo un agua para refrescarte a la llegada…). Limpieza mejorable, toallas desgastadas y mal lavadas. Desayuno bastante mediocre, poca variedad y justa calidad en un espacio muy reducido. Zumo en polvos, ya no pido zumo natural pero sí un mínimo de calidad. El café muy bueno, servido al momento. Buena atención en general por parte del personal.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la mer et de l’aéroport mais au calme. Personnel accueillant, avenant, disponible et attentionné. Très propre. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et diversifié. La terrasse sur le toit est un plus, qui permet de se détendre au calme, et avec une belle vue. Petit hôtel qui permet la proximité. Je recommande vivement !

Hôtel adorable, petite infrastructure mais charmante, jolie décoration. Nous avions le lavabo dans la chambre. Donc peu d intimité. C est bon à savoir... Bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Un bus à proximité pour aller au centre de Palma et un autre pour aller à l' aéroport. Le personnel est très sympa. En revanche l insonorisation est problématique. Les chambres sont séparées par des murs très fins. Le petit déjeuner est bon. La literie est agréable.

Stayed here Friday to Monday and loved every second. Modern, clean, relaxed and super friendly wee hotel with excellent customer service. Nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was great - fresh and plentiful with coffees made to order. Great location. One row back from the most beautiful beach with perfect swimming conditions. You can walk or cycle for miles or catch the bus to Palma for 2 euros. So much to explore. Would highly recommend as a city break destination and we are already looking forward to returning.

Desde nuestra llegada al hotel fuimos recibidos con gran amabilidad por parte de Catherine,recepcionista del hotel. La estancia ha sido fenomenal. Habitación limpia , amplia y con todo tipo de detalles. Gran variedad de desayuno y con una gran atención por parte de tdo el personal. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos!!! Muchas gracias por vuestra atención..Os ponemos un 10.

Ich kann es einfach nicht verstehen, wie ein Hotel in dieser Lage mit extremer Fluglärmbelästigung und Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft 4 Sterne bekommen kann. Die Dachterrasse ist an sich sehr schön gestaltet , befindet sich jedoch in einem total ungepflegtem Zustand. Das Hotel entspricht keines Falles einem 4 Sterne Niveau. Das Hipotel Grand Playa de Palma hat auch 4 Sterne, das kann man nicht nachvollziehen. Welten trennen diese Hotels! Ansonsten kann ich mich nur der Bewertung vom Mike anschließen.

Notre séjour à été gâché par 3 allemands ******es que nous avons croisé sur le rooftop. Nous voulions profiter de quelques heures calmes sur le rooftop, mais ces 3 énergumènes sont venus nous déranger. Ils ont balancé de l'eau près de nous, ont mis de la musique à fond, et ont proféré des remarques ******es à notre encontre. Nous avons demandé gentiment s'ils pouvaient mettre leur musique moins fort mais ils ont continué encore pire. Nous en avons parlé à la réception de l'hôtel mais nous n'avons eu pas de suite à cet épisode. Dommage ... je ne recommande cet hôtel à aucun français si vous aimez le calme et le raffinement ce n'est pas ici que vous le trouverez. (Le restaurant n'est pas recommandable également)

It's a really nice hotel close to the airport and at the beach..Also,it's only 3 minutes by feet from Palma Aquarium. It's a really nice hotel,with a friendly staff,really awesome breakfast and clean rooms.. The only negative,it's that the pool its small..

Superbe hôtel .les chambres sont très bien et très propre.Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et serviable je remercie particulièrement toute l’équipe pour le dévouement q elles ont su apporter par Leur gentillesse ce qui a rendu nos vacances plus que top. Merci aussi au directeur de l hôtel très disponible pour les clients .Concernant la restauration c’était très bon. Des plats cuisinés tous les jours être très bonne saveur .Nous n’hésitons pas à revenir dès le mois de septembre avec des amis Philippe et Malika
