Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

We stayed just 1 night as we were visiting family. Such a lovely stay, very spacious apartment & everything we needed. Lovely breakfast plenty on offer. We would definitely return & stay longer.

Free wifi means 1 hr free a day. No water, no amenities. Reception not very helpful.

Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. A very special thank you goes to the amazing animation team for making our little boy's holiday so much fun. Alicia, Fabian, David, Juanma, Tomeu, and Jose were fantastic and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and energy really made a lasting impression on our family. The buffet-style food was delicious, with plenty of variety at every meal, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. As a lovely surprise for my birthday, the hotel even left a bottle of red wine in our room, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Our room was clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and perfectly suited for a family of four, making it a comfortable place to relax after each day. We had such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly holiday. We can't wait to return!

I am just sitting in the lobby ready for checkout whilst writing this review so you can be assured it's an authentic one. I gave this hotel 4/5 & the reason the hotel didn't get a 5/5 I've outlined below. 1. We arrived on the Friday morning and noticed the elevator was out of order and we was assured that the engineer was attending the site on the next day (Saturday) however, the running joke was that I don't think they ever intend on repairing it. I think the elevator is working on the second building through past the shops but we didn't stay in those rooms so can't confirm. 2. From Friday - Sunday (initial stay) the food was terrible so we opted to buy baguettes from the local supermarket and made rolls in the room we then just suffered breakfast and dinner. My critiscm was short-lived as I'd gladly say the food got increasingly better as the stay continued. We still went out to eat a few times but that would of always happened. A highlight of local restaurants was Trotters an English Bar with an only fools and horses theme which was left from the hotel about 5 minutes walk. 3. There isn't much around really apart from a local ***** with restaurants and souvenir shops, so excursions come at a considerable cost as travel becomes a major factor when booking. There may have been other options for trips for the day but we gave up after getting two quotes for marineland coming in at around ＞€200. Apart from those points we had a great time as a family with 2 young children. Sun loungers were often available from 9.30/10am onwards so no need to get up circa 5am to do towel placing and that dross. Staff were attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and spacious - they included all working facilities. Overall we definitely would return and likely to do so in the future.

We have just returned from a week stay at Can Picafort Palace. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Each room has a lounge area and kitchen which is well equipped for your stay if needed. We stayed all-inclusive although we did eat out a couple of nights as like most hotels the food can be repetitive, but saying that, there were a few different options every day, and the food was well presented. The staff can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable and never stop to make sure you’re ok. A BIG thanks to them all. The stay itself was for us as a couple relaxing, as we planned this time to do as little as possible. The entertainment staff were very friendly and not pushy in to getting you up to take part in any pool activities (we just needed a break to relax after a very busy few years). The pool area was always clean and tidy and has plenty of Sun-beds. The bar was well run with the staff always helpful, again a BIG thanks to them. Can Picafort centre and the beach is less than 10mins walk with loads of bars and restaurants, shops etc. and if your someone who is in a wheelchair it’s not too bad apart from the odd pothole along the road down.
