Great host. Plenty of communication as needed. A nice place to stay and no surprises like weird rules or being different than pictured. We would recommend 100%.

location was perfect arrangements were excellent could use some updating downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close due to crack in floor tile outside deck was not clean overall good experience

The Woods is owned and managed locally right here in Canadian Lakes, MI about 15 minutes from Big Rapids. We cater to everything from quick overnight stays, to long term rentals. With being so close to Big Rapids and Ferris State University, this is a great location to stay for all of the events that Ferris has to offer. The Woods isn't just a place to stay - it's a place to make memories. We have two buildings, both of which have been completely remodeled, but each with their own interior touches. With one building being called "The Lodge" and the other "The Retreat", we wanted to make sure that both buildings were comfortable, but also gave our guests a choice in not only the bedding options but also in the overall vibe. If you have a special request or a package recommendation, we urge you to let us know.
