酒店位在輪渡口，往長途巴士轉運中心公車站牌就在門口，對面就是美食街，海軍博物館與古堡步行可至，地點優越，搭去特洛伊的車站也不算遠，早餐尚可，整體設備與服務水平接近四星，我願意推薦

酒店位置很好，守着輪渡碼頭，距離特洛伊木馬走路五分鐘。早餐自助，倆門一九一五年的大炮在酒店側面。代客泊車給開車的旅客解決了大問題。

The breakfast is good and the hotel service is also warm. It is considered the best hotel in the local area. The only drawback is that Ctrip's location is incorrectly marked. I found it after driving for several laps!

Stayed here a couple of nights. Nice central location just a minute or so from the main promenade. Very central mcdonalds next door and plenty of other places to eat or drink nearby. Staff were polite. Breakfast very good. Wifi was a bit sketchy but still worked.

14:30 gibi vardığımız otele odamıza çıkabilmek için yarım saat kadar daha bekledik. Çok sorun değil ama ona rağmen odada tuvaletin temizlendiğine dair klozet üstü bandı çekiliydi ancak tuvaletin oturma yerinin kenarlarında malum lekeler net bir şekilde duruyordu. Resepsiyon görevlisine ilettiğimde, odaya girdiğimiz için çalışanlarına bir şey diyemeyeceğini söyledi. Tabi işimiz gücümüz yok kirletip bir de laf edeceğiz. Yataklar örtüleri ve yastık kılıfları yırtık pırtıktı. (Fotoğraflarda göreceğiniz üzere) Ayrıca karı-koca ve kızımız ile yaptığımız 3 kişilik rezervasyonda odada 3 tek yatak vardı. Rezervasyon notlarında yazıyormuş, ben dikkat etmemişim, burada benim de hatam var. Ancak resepsiyondan tek kişilik olsa da yatakların birleştirilmesini talep ettim. Yapamayacaklarını belirtip, ekstra ücretle farklı bir odayı çözüm olarak önerdiler. Anlayacağınız otelin müşteri memnuniyeti önem derecesi para kazanma isteği ile ters orantılı.
