Best Western Canal Winchester Inn - Columbus South East

I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to make a return visit. Front desk was very friendly and the coffee was great

The room seemed relatively clean, it was nice size. We obviously didn’t spend much time there. My biggest con was the fact that our air didn’t really work, we had it on cool for quite a few hours and came back to a warm room still. The guy at the front desk is incredibly nice, but the hotel itself seemed a little outdated.

It was a perfect spot lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, rooms were clean and free breakfast. Pool was down for maintenance which was a bummer and breakfast was your typical generic eggs and sausage that doesn't really taste like eggs or sausage lol but again it's for free so beggers can't be choosers. All in All I'd stay here again

It is very outdated. No elevator. Pool was closed. No vending machines. Only one ice machine. Was very clean. Mostly foreign people worked there. Breakfast was good. The housekeeping employees were very rude. Saturday afternoon we were just chilling in the room, with the door locked. All is a sudden the door opens and they don’t say anything and start to walk in the room. They notice someone setting in the chair at the desk and say “Oh” and go back out then suddenly comes back in and starts talking. I jump up out of the bed and run over to the door. She is asking if we need clean towels or anything. We have the privacy door hanger in also. I tell them no. They didn’t say “housekeeping” or anything before coming in, didn’t knock. Then didn’t even sorry or anything either. Good thing we weren’t doing anything. lol. That was very rude. Other than that is wasn’t to bad for the price we paid. Will never return to stay there again.

The front desk was rude. And the pool was out of service that is one of the reasons I chose that place.

BED BUGS and the guy at the desk acted like he doesn’t know what that is and it’s normal

Overall good location- close to restaurants & stores. Comfortable bed, had a working ice machine.

Front desk and housekeeping were great. Great customer service. Clean. Easy check in and out. Late check out was an option. Kids had amazing time especially at the pool. Good breakfast options and coffee bar was top tier.

Charged to much for what we got, tv didn't work correctly. Explained everything to the front desk person whilst checking out, I'll never stay there again. No refund or money off was even offered!
