The hotel is very beautiful in a very suggestive place with the external part really well cared for...there would be many other potentials to be exploited. the staff was courteous and professional but there are aspects of the spa to be further developed, as well as the thermal pools which they left me wanting as one was out of order and the other tub was dirty and partially functional.
The catering part needs to be reviewed and it is expensive for what it offers, a lot of fluff and little substance, I was disappointed. The potential is there, but it needs to be optimized in detail to leave guests truly satisfied. I found the presence of the staff in the park who drove around in a van during the opening hours of the spa, not giving the guests the desired tranquility, not very nice.
Overall a good stay.

È un posto magico rilassante pulitissimo ben curato con il personale disponibile sempre per qualsiasi necessità senza essere rigido come spesso capita in molti posti.dotato di piscine per tutti i gusti con le vasche sulla verde collinetta che sembra finta per come è curata .ci tornero di sicuro e l ho eletto posto vicino roma in cui ...volersi bene ogni tanto.

I stayed at this property on 15 and 16 April with my husband, choosing the Romantic Getaway package, Deluxe room. Welcome at the reception with very kind and helpful staff, the internal SPA path gives you moments of pure relaxation. The 2 external lakes on the hill with sulphurous water regenerate your body and mind. Dinner at the restaurant includes courses with excellent quality products and very kind staff. The breakfast is very abundant and you find everything. I highly recommend this property!

I have just returned from a one night stay at the Terme di Stigliano with my wife. We had been to the "Thermal Baths" last year and, where there was a very nice little Art Nouveau indoor swimming pool where you could bathe in healthy sulphurous water, in its place we found a "pool bar" under construction. The indoor thermal pool had in fact been replaced by a tensile structure that housed a swimming pool with heated non-thermal water. The only remaining pool with thermal water was outdoors, located on an exposed hill, where the pool was not very clean, as foliage was floating in it. in my opinion the only positive aspect of the stay is that the hotel is located in a beautiful period building and that the prices have more or less remained unchanged since last year. But please reactivate the thermal water in the tensile structure pool!!!

The property is the perfect place to relax after a long trip. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and the personnel were wonderful. Plan to wait a bit for a transfer. It was well worth it. A massage and dinner special for $89 euro per person and enjoy the pools and thermal springs.

The grounds are beautiful. The pools were clean and nice. The staff friendly and willing to help.
There is no Uber/Lyft or taxi service. Wish we would have known this as we were relying on the train, the nearest train station is about 15 minutes away by car.

Nice location but they live on a bit of income, poor maintenance, tubs with cold or freezing water, if they are fine in summer in autumn you pay the same entrance fee at an exaggerated amount to only use one tub at the end... poor hydromassage and almost imperceptible jet. Broken hairdryers to be fixed. People without headphones should be checked...
