Too bad you can't give more than 5*! We stayed at the opening of the structure for the 2024 season. From the first moment I had Francesca on the phone, the availability and kindness were immediately felt, when we arrived at the structure we were welcomed very well. We had dinner and the dinner was very good and the breakfast was really plentiful The structure is wonderful, with attention to every detail. The staff from the reception to the restaurant are uniquely kind and helpful... it's so rare nowadays. I've been to many hotels in Umbria, but Relais Canalicchio remains in your heart. We're back again. with a sadness but we will return soon, it will now be our fixed stop to visit this magnificent region ☺️

We stayed for the third time in this really nice hotel. This time we upgraded to a room with a terrazzo for 3 nights and loved it!
The staff is very nice and helpful, but we arrived in October and the hotel closes down for the winter, so we were only few guests there and had a feeling of “closing down”. The restaurant was not worth the money this time - but we’ve had nice food there before. Breakfast is ok - not fantastic.
We will come back!

How wonderful! A very small, ancient medieval village in which this relais was created with a unique finesse and taste. Very kind and prepared staff. The welcoming and comfortable room that pampers you just by entering it. We decided to stop for dinner and we weren't wrong. Excellent menu, refined and refined dishes. The rich and varied breakfast. A place to return to, possibly in the summer to also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool.

Exceptional place lost in the countryside south of Perugia. Beautiful experience. Excellent restaurant. Unique view (from the high hill amazing view through the horizon) and environment (everything in the traditional stone brick architecture with amazing designs). Truly a Good time.

Hotel at the top of the hill in a mini village, very charming. The view is fantastic. The hotel is an old olive oil factory, so it has a super interesting and special decor. The room is very rustic and matches what you are looking for in accommodation. The hotel staff is super friendly. It is possible to have breakfast overlooking the landscape. We liked it a lot.
