This hotel has gone down hill since the remodel upgrade. Requested room on the first floor as requested in our reservation. Told that they have no suites on the first floor. Only problem is we have always stayed in a suite on the first floor at this same property since we have a mobility problem. Then lights were out and the bed was lumpy and awful. Then they have a flyer that shows the breakfast and they were out of everything on the flyer accept the coffee. No forks, plates, no fruit of any type. No Cinnabon rolls totally out. The little cheese omelets were burnt and inedible. The room and table was dirty and we check out a day early. They didn’t care didn’t ask why we were leaving a day early. Seems to be new management. I am posting pictures to show.

The bed is very very comfortable, but the smell is horrible. It does not smell clean. I can a hard time, dealing with the smell.

Clean and close to venue
Fast check in even on a busy concert day. Front desk staff were very helpful. They have a phone number for someone that can drop you off/ pick you up from venue otherwise walk if you can. Very clean and comfortable room. Nearby restaurants and breweries.

Ghost town
Walked in to an empty lobby, no employees to be seen at the registration desk. Waited 15 minutes, called the hotel phone only to hear it ring and go to voicemail, employee finally walked out to check us in.

Great place to stay when going to a concert at CMAC! Easy to get to from the venue…great breakfast too.

This has been our go-to place for concerts at CMAC for years. We like the price prior to concert gouging, easy parking, multiple entries, breakfast, quiet, overall comfort, and proximity to CMAC.
However, it’s slipping in quality (e.g., outlets in room weren’t snug enough to hold chargers; outside fire pit had no propane after a concert on a perfect late-summer night; pool could be cleaner and area is less than inviting; and, there should be mention of the incidentals charge).
