This was a great place to stay the only downside was the $100 deposit when checking in that ******* didn’t tell us about. Other then that the experience was great.

Ants everywhere…stink bugs… spiders in pool… stunk… gave us wrong room first and then charged $150 more for the right room

Positives- friendly workers, pool and spa perfect for kids
Negatives- beds/ cots / tv all outdated. Not comfortable. Also, had ants in the room.
One thermostat must have been broken- only kicked out hot air.

The suite we stayed in was dated and in need of repair. Most of the furniture had stains as did the walls and doors. The room was surface clean but it was easy to find stuff that could be cleaned better. The breakfast was good; I appreciated the fresh fruit. I was disappointed given the price I paid.

The hotel is tired. The tile needs a good cleaning. Also lots of crud built up around faucets. All of the dishes were in the dishwasher. I had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. Not what I was expecting.
When we checked in the thermostat was set to 45. I don’t even know that was possible! The room was stupidly cold.
