What a disappointment. Luckily we were only staying 1 night but off to another Peppers Tommorow. So not feeling good. As a platinum Accor member our first at a peppers and certainly won’t be back. Room good size but our window right on a set of stairs and drive road for hotel. Reception terrible had phoned ahead re parking as disabled to be told sorry no parking . Try and find something on the street. When saw disability then said ok pay 22 dollars but park is a long way . In the meantime my husband found a parking station right next door for 35 for 24 hours. Room needed me to go up stairs no other way to get to it. Even though as a platinum member had spoken to the hotel re access and parking. Then to top it off the view from window and noise well I will let the pictures speak for themself. Glad I am a loyal Accor member it certainly is recognized by Pepper NOT but to be fair the wine etc we get as platinum was in the room on arrival.

This was our 2nd stay at Peppers Gallery Canberra. There was an issue with our room which was fixed to our satisfaction immediately. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our free cocktail by the fire/heater each night. My only thumbs down is no fresh air in rooms. Loved our stay here and you are able to walk into town. Breakfast substantial also. Thanks Peppers.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement, es fehlte fast an nichts. Das Parken im angrenzenden Parkhaus war inbegriffen. Mit der Wegbeschreibung konnte man das Appartement gut erreichen.

The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. the breakfast had limited items however was sufficient. The staff were great and very help, we did have a bit of confusion where their booking system was not showing the booking for my daughter as we had booked for 3 people and they only saw 2 people, however it was quickly rectified and a roll away bed was put in the room. We will definitely be staying here again.

The quality of the cooked breakfast made to order was amazing although sausages were missing on the first morning. The headboard on the bed showed some rough wear but nothing impactful to our stay. The air conditioning was a little squeaky and the bed a bit soft for our liking but nothing major. Overall the value for our package was unbeatable and still a relaxing stay. I would be back if I had the chance.
