The staff was very satisfied. The front desk guy gave me a free upgrade to the room suite as a surprise. I will stay here again next time. It is economical and affordable. This price is very good in Cape Town. What's more, there are discounts for Chinese people.

The place was good. Rooms were clean and the services were good. However the only issue was there was no Body wash and even after room cleaning still it was not filled.

The parking lot is large. I checked in during non-working hours. I contacted Ctrip customer service to get the password for the self-service card box. Thanks to the customer service.
We stayed in a room close to the road. We could hear the sound of vehicles passing by. The windows and walls were generally soundproof. Fortunately, there were no vehicles on the road from 8pm to 7am.

Was horrible. Hallway carpets are disgusting, rooms so-so. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Expected a Ramada/wyndham property to be much nicer.
