The place itself was okay. Great location near the beach and AC was decent. However, the "staff" were all volunteers that more or less didn't really mind including everybody, especially if you weren't fluent in Spanish. The worst in my mind was the breakfast wich was composed of eggs, toasts and waffle. It lacked fruits and I had the feeling when asking for it of demanding a favor to whoever would do it. No volunteer was assigned specifically to making it. Also the first night there was a party on the roof that literally shaked the walls of my room until 1 am. Would not recommend if you travel solo and that you aren't fluent in spanish.

Highly recommend this hostel I’ve stayed here multiple times and my original stay was a few years ago when it was under different ownership. The new owners are amazing and are always making improvements. In addition, the location is in a prime spot in the hotel zone (near restaurants and clubs). The volunteers are wonderful and truly make this a great place to stay. Plenty of showers and toilets, a small kitchen, and a great rooftop. I usually stay in the multiple bed room and it works for keeping trip costs reasonable. Will stay here again when I am in Cancun

Front reception/staff even the owner said any issues please let us know all were extremely helpful even when asked about buses or how to get to somewhere nothing was to much facilities were good I had a single room which was great shower could use a little more power but other than that great highly recommended I’ll definitely be coming back location is great plenty of restaurants and pubs and clubs if that’s your thing Thank you for everything

It was very very noisy . There is a big boulevard with many cars and more of that there is a open Bar making high volume music all the night. We were in a front bedroom. Impossible to sleep. And the breakfast was really mini . I don’t recommend at all. This was very bad

We had a really good time in the hostel! The staff was really kind to us and they took care of everybody, really nice! We felt safe and we were happy to be around :) the showers and toilets are clean and we are going to miss this place and people! Greets, Laurien and Jana

This place was really cool. It felt like a Tikki treehouse vibe. Everyone that worked there was really nice and hospitable but not too much English though. We stayed in the 10-bed room which I was scared that my stuff could get stolen, or snoring, stink feet, etc... And none of that at all. The rooms are clean but the beds are not the best more like thin mattresses but they do the job. Air conditioning was at the front so it was warmer further to the back. They have small fans and lights in each bunk. There's a community bar/kitchen rooftop common area. This is where you can meet all the cool interesting people that are traveling too. This was the BEST part as the people I met were very cool and we connected right away. FYI water shuts off from 9pm to 7am so yeah, no showers, washup, or flushing. The location is amazing because you're just on the edge of the main drag hotel zone. All the big bars and restaurants are just a quick 5min walk and also to the beach. I would definitely stay here again as I had a fantastic time.

A small paradise corner in the middle of the caos. Nice balcony for breakfast or events. Very close to Cancun night life. Very close to the beach access Front desk really friendly Small rooms but organized very well, private door lock for your items
