Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service.
We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful.
Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable.
On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service.
The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options.
Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again.

Not worthy. I booked my stay at this hotel for 3 days. I reserved a king sized bed with ocean view but they gave me double bed unit, after requesting for a change the staff lectured me on how the rooms are typically selected for the views and not for the bed type, amused with his explanations. I think they should not provide options if they want to randomly assign units regardless of our choice. Secondly, to reserve one of the two restaurants that they have you will need access to the app and it took almost two hours for them to get the app to work upon check-in and by that time all the restaurants were full for the day. Also, I learned that these restaurants are not available for you to reserve everyday if your stay is for 3 days your are allowed to book only once. The soundproofing in the units is bad you can hear lot of noises and sounds of nearby guests making it hard to sleep at night. Also survived with a clogged sink in the bathroom. I would definitely not recommend staying here it’s not worthy for the price you pay.

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.
